Five Fall Films the Action Flick Chick Is Eager to See
The Action Flick Chick paid a visit to fellow Filmforce Girl member Karen Gilmore’s site Reel Artsy where the Chick shared her list of five upcoming films she’s eager to see this fall. The Action Flick Chick writes: “No one likes a good action flick as much as I do. As much as I enjoy seeing tasty men star in action films and kicking some major butt, I also love to see women get the lead roles in something other than romantic comedies. So let’s take a look as this fall’s line-up of action/horror movies starring women…” Continue reading
Arnold Fest 2009! Predator (1987)
Man! I love Predator. I love everything about it. It has a lot of action and it’s well paced, brutal and pulse poundingly suspenseful! You just know at the very beginning that everyone is going to get their balls chopped off, metaphorically speaking.

Rob Zombie’s Halloween II 2009 (Spoilers Galore!)
Wow! You know what I think? I think it would really suck to be a Myers. It just seems like you don’t stand a chance. You are either killed really young by your younger brother/child, or stalked for years and go crazy from seeing the horrifying murders that your brother intended to be you. Continue reading

Inglourious Basterds (2009): Bad Time to Be a Nazi
Nein, Nein, Nein! Quit the yackin’ and get to the action! Uggg. For a movie about Nazis and WWII, Inglourious Basterds sure didn’t have much action going on. There was an interesting story though.

Mini Review: Gran Torino (2008)
Gran Torino is a horrible action movie and that’s why it is classified as a drama. As a drama, it’s pretty good. Clint Eastwood is back and up to the same old terrifying everyone he comes into contact with and being intimidating routine. He is just hella good at that. Continue reading

The Boondock Saints (1999)
Have you ever wondered what the Green Goblin would look like as a woman? Nope, me either, but The Boondock Saints just throws it in your face like a monkey flinging poo at you. You’re just making cute noises at the monkey and then you’ve got poop in your face. You’re just watching a movie than then you’ve got Willem Defoe in drag kissing a man! Continue reading
