Resident Evil (2002)
…entine’s Day. Jovovich plays Alice in the pretty scary action-filled flick Resident Evil, which is just overflowing with creepy vibes, pounding music, and naked ladies (okay, so there’s basically just one naked lady, but she’s naked several times). Milla Jovovich as Alice nude at the start of Resident Evil. Milla Jovovich as Alice nude in flashbacks throughout movie. Milla Jovovich as Alice nude at the end of Resident Evil. There are a few lessons… Continue reading

Resident Evil: Afterlife (2010)
…slowed down and had everyone dodging bullets, zombie dogs, and sunglasses. Resident Evil: Afterlife was fun and entertaining even though the storyline sucked balls. I’m already looking forward to the next one with the (secret) return of one of my favorite characters from a previous film. *Spoilers Below* Time Until Action Starts: ~ 4 minutes Baddies: Albert Wesker! And zombies! And whatever the hell those ugly things were! Best Line: “Five years a… Continue reading

Coming Attraction: Resident Evil: Afterlife (2010)
…in the fourth installment of the video game based Resident Evil series. In Resident Evil: Afterlife, Alice is joined by her clones to rescue prisoners and fight the sinister Umbrella Corporation. The film also stars Ali Larter, Wentworth Miller, Spencer Locke, and Shawn Roberts. The first three Resident Evil films are some of my favorite flicks of all time, not to mention that Milla Jovovich is one of my favorite butt kicking chicks, and I can’t w… Continue reading

Resident Evil: Apocalypse (2004)
…one of them take me down, if you know what I mean. After seeing the whole Resident Evil trilogy, it is weird to see Jovovich in a commercial for something like lip stick or make up of some sort. I always feel like she should be drop kicking the lip stick and breaking its neck instead of smiling and swearing that it lasts all night. What is that about? Time until zombie related action: ~ 6 minutes Guys getting killed (Bad guys): Zombies and Umbrel… Continue reading

May Mega Mayhem: Resident Evil 4
…friends play it on more than one occasion. Finally, I joined the “I played Resident Evil and survived” club. This is a single player survival horror video game. It’s so popular that they made movies with the same name based on these games. I couldn’t get past the controls though. It’s 2010, why can’t I shoot and walk at the same time? That is the most frustrating thing for me while playing this one. I’m used to being able to trot around and shoot… Continue reading
