This morning TMZ.com broke the news that actress Brittany Murphy, age 32, had died of a heart attack at her home in Los Angeles, California, a report which law enforcement and the coroner’s officer soon confirmed for other media outlets. After a 911 call by husband Simon Monjack, she was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where she was pronounced dead.
Brittany has appeared in a wide range of television programs (e.g., 12 years of voice work for King of the Hill) and motion pictures including Sylvester Stallone’s upcoming action epic The Expendables (2010) which is now in post-production.
