Coming Attraction: Survival of the Dead (2010)

George A. Romero is the creator of zombies as we know them today and he’s at it again. His newest film, Survival of the Dead, takes place on an island during a zombie outbreak. Survivors are trying to fight off the zombies while trying to find a cure so that they can save their zombified loved ones. It stars Alan van Sprang, Kenneth Welsh, Kathleen Munroe, Athena Karkanis. It’s scheduled to infect theaters May 28, 2010.

    I talked with Kristin from Geek Girls, who was able to see this early, and she didn’t have a lot of kind words to say about it. Which is a little sad, because I want good Romero films again.
