Film Trailer for The Stepfather (2009)

Just to make this clear to everyone: I did not watch The Stepfather. I didn’t watch this weak-ass remake mainly because I saw the trailer, and it seemed like the trailer told me the whole story and the rest was very predictable so why even bother to watch the movie? Well, I was right. I read the pooper at www.moviepooper.com and it was just as I thought. So now I want to spoil it for you guys as well, to save you the trouble of wasting money on this pooper of a flick!

First of all, no one dies that really matters. I think some poor family dies in the beginning just to make you scared he is going to do that the the main family, but he doesn’t. Secondly, the Stepfather gets away and goes after another family. He doesn’t even get his comeuppance at all from what I can tell. I bet the family the movie was about was just like, “Whew, close call. Let’s go eat some pizza, kids!” So now you know if you didn’t already.

Trust me, we’ll add some actual full-length fangirl reviews of this one as we find them. In the meantime, though, these strangely intrigued us.
