Nicolas Cage is being chased by the Devil’s right hand man! Again! No, it’s not a Ghost Rider sequel, it’s Drive Angry. Milton (Cage) busts out of Hell in order to save his baby granddaughter from a cult that has already killed his daughter. In the meantime, Satan wants Milton back, so he sends a baddie out to drag Milton’s butt back to Hell. At least the plot deviates a little bit from the typical action movie formula of “They killed my wife and took my daughter.” I mean, this time the baddies have kidnapped his granddaughter. It doesn’t look like it’s an Academy Award winner (you never know though), but at least it isn’t a remake. Drive Angry may just be really fun and entertaining. It’s written by Todd Farmer, directed by Patrick Lussier, and stars Nicolas Cage, Amber Heard, and William Fichtner. Drive Angry will drive into theaters in 3D on February 11, 2011.
