With our friends at Pink Raygun celebrating Zombie Week 2009, the Action Flick Chick has her own zombtastic event this week. On Thursday at 7 p.m. Eastern (6 Central for us, 4 Pacific for Kim), the Chick is interviewing Kim Poirier who played Monica in the Dawn of the Dead remake (one of the few films to get a 5 out of 5 rating from our kaboom-pinching movie critic) and the sexy extraterrestrial succubus Constance Snowden in Decoys and Decoys 2: Alien Seduction. Kim hosted the Canadian science fiction news program HypaSpace which might give her a very different perspective on the industry. We’re looking forward to seeing her appear in an episode during the new season of the SciFi Channel original program Eureka. Maybe she’ll dish out some Eureka spoilers.
We’ve invited just a couple of people to join us for the discussion. If one of you can convince us that you belong in that discussion, maybe we’ll let you in on the fun. While we really are keeping it down to a small handful of people, we’d like to mix up the discussion and it would be nice to get to know some new folks.
