Nick Turk: I’m inclined to go with “The Expendables” merely because it has more of a mainstream audience behind it whilst “Scott Pilgrim” may find it harder to cross over … personally I’m looking forward to the latter more having read and reread the comicbooks …
Scotty Stalcup: Normally I would say the movie targeted toward a younger audience, Scott Pilgrim, but Expendables brings back some heavy duty action talent who have fans in more than one generation.

Nevermore: I’m excited for both (Scott Pilgrim more honestly) I’d have to say Scott Pilgrim will probably win the Box Office, But more of my friends have heard of The Expendables then Pilgrim so in the end we will have to wait and see.

CaliCritic: If I could give a final opinion on this,I’d say it’d be a difference of a few million dollars between them. Too tough to call.

Adam Poynter: Normally I would say the EXPENDABLES because of its amazing cast of action stars, but with break out off beat hits like KICK ASS people are starting to venture out into different genres and liking the unconventional, so maybe Scott Pilgrim!
Adam Joel Sampson: Kick-Ass was a break out off beat hit? Not in the Box Office…
Jason Knize: ‎^ Kick-Ass opened at #1 with 19 million, went on to gross 48 million domestically from a budget of 28 million. And a sequel is planned. While not Avatar numbers, I’d say it was a hit for a movie based on an R-Rated cult comic.
Jack Gardner: I Feel like The Expendables will win the weekend, but Scott Pilgrim’s second week numbers will do better than it’s first week’s ala The first Shrek movie.
Porkins: Go see them both and ruin the grade curve is how I roll… Expendables and Scott Pilgrim in one weekend!
