Arnold Schwarzenegger Gets Cozy with Harry Knowles and Talks Expendables 3, TEN, and The Tomb
…ith Arnold Schwarzenegger and his co-star, Johnny Knoxville, for a little Q&A. Arnold talked a little bit about his upcoming films, and this dude has been busy. He’s barely finished filming on The Tomb, co-starring Sylvester Stallone, and TEN, but is already talking about Expendables 3. In fact, they were in the middle of filming the second Expendables when Sly talked to Arnold about a third installment. I approve of this 100%! Keep the action fil… Continue reading

Stallone Chooses New Director for Expendables 3
…er Stallone has given his much desired approval for a new director for The Expendables 3. Who is the lucky guy? According to Deadline, it’s relatively unknown Patrick Hughes. Aside from a few shorts/commercials, Hughes’ work consists of writing and directing the thriller Red Hill. I’m not familiar with his work, but I will be shortly since Red Hill is on Netflix. Then we’ll see if he gets the Action Chick stamp of approval. Stallone has proven to… Continue reading

Who Would You Cast for The Expenda-Belles?
…resses affiliated with the action genre.” While most are calling this film Expendables 3, it says “all-female riff” and “Expendables-inspired project,” so I would like to think that it will be a film franchise all unto its own and not a sequel. These women deserve their own spinoff film. Plus, I’m greedy and I want to see an Expendables 3 with more action men and an all-female film. Simon West, director of The Expendables 2, told E! News who he’d… Continue reading

Expendables 3 Gains an Archeologist, Loses a New York Cop
…tallone confirmed two big announcements yesterday regarding the casting of Expendables 3. Bruce Willis will not be rejoining the all-star cast this time around; however, Harrison Ford has agreed to help fill the gap. That’s right, we’ve lost McClane, but we’ve gained a scruffy-looking nerf-herder. Even though it’d be great to have Willis return, I’m not too torn up about it considering he had smaller parts in the first two films. Plus, other new f… Continue reading
