Comic-Con Episode Four: A Fan’s Hope – Starring Yourself?
…much other spectacle. Spurlock isn’t venturing into this chaos unaided. In Morgan Team-Up #1, he joins forces with Joss Whedon, who created Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Firefly, and Stan “The Man” Lee himself. (Do we really need to tell you who Stan created and co-created? That could go on forever, you know.) Even cooler, they want to team up with YOU! Cosplayers crossing the street to the convention center. See their information below for details… Continue reading

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is in Production!
…zing Spider-Man 2 is in production and will hit theaters May 2, 2014! Marc Webb returns as director, which is appropriate given how well he shaped the first film and that his last name is Webb. Peter Parker’s (Andrew Garfield) relationship with Gwen Stacy (Emma Stone) was a major focus of the first flick, but things might get a little love triangular, though, seeing as how Shailene Woodley has been cast as Mary Jane Watson. In honor of AOTS‘s achievement, the Action Flick Chick interviewed stuntwoman Luci Romberg, whom G4TV and AOTS sent to Japan twice in the past year to compete i… Continue reading

Our “Where Are the Action Chicks?” Comic-Con Panel Lost Luci and Gained Goddess Glory
…Michael Straczynski (Babylon 5 TV series, Wonder Woman comic book), Cindy Morgan (Caddyshack, TRON), and more. Ah, but not Luci Romberg. We already knew the erratic nature of stuntwoman Luci’s work meant a job could pop up at any time and keep her from coming to Comic-Con. That’s exactly what happened. Luci’s such a dear, she promised to make up for it by talking to us about her work on Green Lantern and other goodies later this summer. And stepp… Continue reading
