The Losers (2010)
…tastic. The actors did a great job delivering their mediocre lines. I like Chris Evans and he definitely added some classic Evans charm to his character. Zoe Saldana did a great job being a bad ass femme fatale. She’s hot, she’s dangerous, and she can make a grown man squeal. Score one for the ladies! Another bonus for this film is that it’s five buff dudes and a hot girl kicking butt. The action itself was well paced and there was a lot of it, th… Continue reading

Captain America: The First Avenger (2011)! Go Team America!
…ica did it right all the way down to the tiniest details – everything from Chris Evans terrific job of portraying the humble, awkward, and altruistic sides of Steve Rogers all the way to Bucky (Sebastian Stan) having the slightest bit of envy in his voice over Steve Rogers’ new found power and respect.. The story flowed well, explaining things all the while keeping it moving so that it didn’t get boring for those who already knew what was going on… Continue reading

Push (2009)
…rical: February 6, 2009 RUNNING TIME: 111 minutes, Color ORIGIN: USA Chris Evans and Dakota Fanning light up the screen in the sort-of-action film Push. I have to say that despite its slow pace, I liked this flick. For once, I was actually into the story more than the action, which is good because it had an interesting story and very little action. One perk to this movie is that you get to see a bit o’ Fanning pretending to be drunk. I thought Fan… Continue reading

Coming Attraction: The Avengers! (2012)
…lly prepared for the greatness that is The Avengers!! Joss Whedon of Buffy the freakin’ Vampire Slayer fame is directing this bad boy, and I couldn’t be more thrilled. The cast is absolutely orgasmic featuring Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.), Captain America (Chris Evans), Thor (Chris Hemsworth), and Black Widow (Scarlett Johanssen) as they face off against all kinds of bad guy shenanigans. Fasten your seat belts and put on your Mark VI armor, The Av… Continue reading
