Kevin Tancharoen set out to do a personal project and ended up with a great Mortal Kombat (MK) short film. Warner Bros. has been looking into rebooting the Mortal Kombat franchise and this just might be the thing that makes that happen. Tancharoen created this in order to present it to Warner Bros. as an example of his vision for the new MK film with him as the director. Black Dynamite himself in a Mortal Kombat movie? I definitely approve. MORTAL KOMBAT!!!

I wish this was a real extended trailer. I certainly hope that he gets the job directing a reboot.
never been a huge fan but will be interested to see what they do with it.
I want this movie to happen so BAD! It’s a great short, I didn’t want it to come to an end.
