Coming Attraction: The Warrior’s Way (2010)

I’m pretty excited about The Warrior’s Way. The trailer is action packed and that’s what I care about! This is a marital arts film starring Jang Dong-Gun , Kate Bosworth, Geoffrey Rush, and Danny Huston. Jang Dong-Gun plays Yang, the world’s greatest swordsman, who abandons his warrior clan to start a life in a small town in the American Badlands. I bet it all works out just fine, and Yang doesn’t have to get violent ever again. I bet that his warrior brothers wished him well and sent him some house warming gifts…only these house warming gifts turned out to be a million ninjas trying to kill him. How sweet of them! The Warrior’s Way is written and directed by Sngmoo Lee and you can see it in theaters December 3, 2010.

This is the Action Flick Chick, and you’ve just been kicked in the ass!

Seriously I have not been this excited about a trailer then when I was waiting for the Ong Bak 3 trailer!! It’s interesting that Hollywood seems to be coming out with a lot of Western style action movies (Can’t wait for Jon Favreau’s Cowboys & Aliens). When it comes to WuShu movies I am all about them. I have a healthy collection of old duded and subtitled ones on VHS and have kept up with them throughout the years (even the Muay Thai ones being a big Tony Jaa fan). Anything with Ninja’s makes me happy. Even the really bad Issac Florentine/Boaz Davidson “Ninja” movie starring Scott Adkins (not James McTeigue – Ninja Assassin that wasn’t that bad) allows me to want to test my ninja skills! I hope everyone is as thrilled as I am!! Do you think they will allow me in the theater with my swords? LOL 🙂 @Tweek_Robles
