You would think a man made of rock wouldn’t have to undergo any kind of surgery; however, Arnold is still human and has had a few boo-boos over the years.
- He had heart surgery to correct a congenital heart valve condition in 1997.
- He has had surgery on his jaw where it was moved back so that it didn’t stick out so far.
- In 2003, Arnold had surgery to repair a torn rotator cuff. This was an injury from the filming of Terminator 3.
- Arnold had surgery in 2006 to put his femur back together again after he broke it from a skiing accident.

I would have liked to see the jaw before the surgery.
Wow, it does seem like he’s had a lot of injuries. I guess, “No pain, no gain,” ouch!
My German teacher in high school used to teach him when he was a little kid in Austria! Sunday school I think, if memory serves. She said he was really shy, except for when she was handing out sweets 🙂 He is one of those awesome coming to America success stories, and while he may not be the best actor – I really believed he was Conan – at least in the Barbarian. I think it is awesome you are giving him a whole month AFC!

Pingback: » Arnold Fest 2009! Facts About Arnold part 2!
Arnold got caps on his teeth sometime in the ’80s. In Hercules, and early films, you can see the huge space (which was shrunk, but not eliminated) and his less than Olympian choppers. I don’t think the jaw operation was until later in his career either.
