WAGON Webcomic Battle – Action Flick Chick Uber PWNAGE Power
Posted By Action Flick Chick on December 12, 2009
The WAGON Webcomic Battle collectible card game lets webcomic creators from across the globe send their creations out onto the card battlefield and pit them against each other.
Game designer Mike Dellheim says, “WAGON Webcomic Battle is a collectible cardgame made by indy artists, made off of Internet-based comic characters and content.”
But wait, what’s this? Is that our chick on a WAGON card? Why, so it is. And would you look at that? If you know how such games work, you can see at a glance that it’s a pretty powerful card - as it should be. Created by Nick Langley of Rocket Llama (whose brother Alex illustrates the Action Flick Chick’s film reviews), the yellow bird stands bold before Mike’s pretty, pretty explosion on this beautiful card.
And so the Action Flick Chick enters the WAGON fray ready to kick butt like she says on the card. The best defense being a good offense, she rates higher on offensive ability and check out her special power. If you thought the ability to eat an infinite number of brownies was her only superpower, think again.
No, the chick avatar has not appeared in an ongoing webcomic yet, but she is a comic character on the Internet. Besides, she is scheduled to make a webcomic appearance, but more on that later.
This rare card is currently undergoing test play. Check out the card, check out WAGON, and maybe go comment on it all.
