The Expendables (2010) Trailer: “We’re Dead with an Accent.”
Will it be the ultimate action film? The trailer itself gets five out of five on my action movie scale.
Check out this trailer!
Also: News on Danny Trejo’s involvement and a link to our crew member Marko Head’s interview with Trejo from last year’s Wizard World Texas. Continue reading

True Lies (1994): Triple Best!
You know True Lies is going to be awesome when the start of the film is Arnold in a tuxedo being asked to see his invitation, to which Arnold responds “Sure, here’s my invitation,” and blows something up. Take note movie makers, that is how you start a flick!

Kindergarten Cop vs. Cop and a Half
Round 1: The Opening Sequence! Kindergarten Cop (KC) opens with the scruffy John Kimble (Arnold), a tough police detective, following the baddie, Cullen Crisp (Richard Tyson), around a mall. A few minutes later he is busting up into a ritzy salon pointing a gun in Crisp’s face while the shmuck is trying to get a manicure. Who knew getting a mani/pedi was a crime? Continue reading

Raw Deal (1986): Plenty of Learning Opportunities
It never ceases to amaze me how much ass Arnold can kick. I have seen a ton of Arnold movies, but each time I watch one, or watch one again, I am always excited and blown away by how much ass he kicks. And that my friends, is what makes a true action star.

Red Heat (1988): Do You Know Miranda?
You know how people will sometimes swear on things to try and make a point that they’re telling the truth? Usually, the ultimate thing to swear on would be on your mamma’s life or something like that. When someone is bringing their mamma into the picture they usually mean business. However, Red Heat has opened my eyes to a new, and I think more serious swear. Continue reading
