The Lone Ranger Teaser Clip and Poster
Hi-yo, Silver! Away! The Lone Ranger has made its rounds from radio, to a television series, to films, to a made for TV film, and now Disney’s taking their turn in the saddle by making a big budget film. Armie Hammer will play the role of John Reid, The Lone Ranger, and at his side will be no doubt show-stealing Tonto, Johnny Depp. People do love them some Johnny Depp- which is probably why he’s in full view in the poster and the Lone Ranger’s only 80% visible. A teaser clip has been released, and it’s chock full of Western-action goodness. The Lone Ranger rides into theaters July 3, 2013.
