Day #8: Fable 2

General Thoughts: Fable 2 is a game about farting to entertain people, fighting monsters, rescuing people, and catching sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), just like real life! I haven’t gotten far enough to do most of these things yet, but I look forward to the day when I can conduct a concert of farts for my friends.

Fable 2 is a very tame game starting off. I have yet to see any fighting or action of any kind. It also gives you choices in the game, and you know that us Americans is all about having them choices! You can choose to do the “right” thing or the “bad” thing, and what you choose will determine how the game plays out for you. Fable 2 is fun and easy to play if you’ve never played before. Oh and you get a pet doggie. If that’s not a good enough reason to check out this game, I don’t know what is.

31 Minutes of Play: I started the game from the very beginning and right off the bat I got pooped on by a bird. Awesome! Then I ran around whoring myself out to make 5 gold in order to buy a magical music box. Okay, so I wasn’t “whoring” myself out but the other part is true. I did odd jobs for gold, like fight off beetles and deliver a love letter to a woman from a poor guy so they could run away together. I purchased that music box which then led to my sister’s death, who had gone on this whole journey with me thus far. Then the guy who shot my sister kicked me out of a castle window, almost killing me but he should know better than that. I survived and I will continue to play. That’s the last time I trust a guy who lives in a castle. I did, however, unlock an achievement: The Whipper Snapper. Yay!

Craziest Moment: They shot my freakin’ sister!!!! That really shot the heck out of me!  Revenge shall be mine!!!
