Day #29: Burnout 3: Takedown!
General Thoughts: If you feel like being as destructive as possible, then Burnout 3 is the game for you! You can race others or you can earn money by crashing your car and doing as much damage as inhumanly possible. This is the one game where the more damage you cause, the more money you get. That’s right, folks, you actually get rewarded for causing chaos, which is something that I’m in full favor of.
31 Minutes of Play: I started off racing other cars. I quickly lost interest in driving laps so I started to try to crash my car as many times as I could. Needless to say, I came in dead last, but I had a hell of a time. I then tried out the other mode where I got money for crashing my car. It also gives you a medal based on how well you do. Unfortunately, I got a lot of silver medals and fell short of a gold metal by about $500 worth of damage. Arrrggh! Oh well, there’s always next time.
Fun Rating: 3 ½ Takedowns, out of 5!

You aren’t allowed to give this game a rating until you play road rage. I’ve never had more fun playing a video game than the when I played road rage on Burnout 3. Unfortunately, when I moved houses I sold my Xbox to get a new one where I was going and left the Burnout 3 CD in my Xbox.
I agree road rage is awesome. I love the Burnout series. Particularly fun to have a go in multiplayer.
