WOW – look at the HUGE jump in quantity starting in 2004! I knew things changed, but that's amazing. Partly it's due to Hollywood just making more movies per year now than they did in the 70's and 80's… and part, I believe, because video games have brought Zombies to the forefront of pop culture conciousness. When it became 'bad' to kill pimps, ho's, terrorists or even nazis in video games, the only guilt-free pleasure we had was the mass slaughter of Zombies… You get 20% of the world's population spending hours and hours per week dealing with Zombies and look what happens… Zombie culture takes over. And that's a good thing! I bet half the adult halloween costumes you'll see this year will be Zombified somethings… and lord knows there just aren't enough Zombie T-Shirts in the world (shameless plug)
