Coming Attraction: 13 (2010) – with 13 Tzameti Trailer

13 is a remake of the French film 13 Tzameti and is written and directed by Géla Babluani. It’s about a young man, played by Sam Riley, who walks into the wrong house at the wrong time. He gets tangled up in a vicious game where men are gambling on other men’s lives. Some of these other men include Mickey Rourke, Jason Statham, 50 Cent, Ray Winstone, and Ray Liotta. It’s not a total sausage-fest, though. Emmanuelle Chriqui and American Pie’s Natasha Lyonne are also in 13. Based on the French version’s plot, which is a drama/thriller, there probably won’t be much in the way of action, but still might be interesting to see. 13 is supposed to be released sometime early 2010.
