Okay, I am all about making peace with Martians and not fighting them or telling them how to run their planet. However, they apparently don’t follow the same guidelines regarding their interactions with Earth, because they came down to Earth and kidnapped Santa Claus in the film Santa Claus Conquers the Martians.

Christmas time is upon us and I have lined up a very special holiday match up for everyone. In the red corner we’ve got the more experienced fighter, the classic Christmas film film, White Christma!. In the blue corner we’ve got the Beast from the East, the Italian Stallion, the one, the only, Black Christmas!

Paranormal Activity should be called “Did You Hear That?” because it’s what the characters say to each other and what you’ll be saying to your friends during 90% of the movie. This mega low budget horror flick finally got a wide release and has been at absolutely annihilating the box office. I’m not really surprised, though. It’s a sharp indie horror film, one that definitely freaked this chick out- perfect for Halloween!
