The first season of the zombie apocalypse television show The Walking Dead only had 6 episodes; but, that was enough to capture everyone’s attention. So now it’s back! AMC announced that The Walking Dead will be returning Sunday, October 16th at 9pm EST. This time season two is reported to have more than twice the episodes as the first one and hopefully more than twice the amount of zombie action!
The Walking Dead television show is based on the comic series with the same name by Robert Kirkman. It stars Laurie Holden, Sarah Wayne Callies, Andrew Lincoln, Jon Bernthal, IronE Singleton, Steven Yeun, Jeffrey DeMunn, and Norman Reedus who will all be returning for the new season.
Excited yet!?! AMC has also released the first trailer so you can catch a glimpse of what’s to come!
