RoboCop is here to serve and protect you. When there’s no more hope, just hope a little more and maybe RoboCop will be there save your ass.

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (2009)

I love Transformers. It’s not a secret, so of course I was extremely excited about Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. I was as hyped as a Stunticon drunk off of energon. I was like a little kid cracked out on a ton of sugar running around until he runs into a door and knocks himself out.

Twitter 4 Nitwits: The Dreaded Twit2K

Action Flick Chick | June 26, 2009

You’re not a celebrity. Don’t presume that the things you say are so awesome that you can talk at the masses when it’s all one-sided and you can’t easily see what they’re talking about in return. You see, twitter growth depends on interaction. Here are some tips @actionchick dispensed this past week to help people learn how to deal with twitter’s follow limit of 2000 vs. 100% your number of followers.

Farrah Fawcett (1947-2009) – Always an Angel

Action Flick Chick | June 25, 2009

Farrah-action

Farrah Fawcett, one of Charlie’s original Angels and the first to leave the group, has lost her fight with cancer. Known as Farrah Fawcett Majors in her Charlie’s Angels days, having been married to Six Million Dollar Man star Lee Majors, she brought charm and personality to a show often criticized as “jiggle TV.” To us she’ll always fly high as a true blue action chick.

Dance of the Dead (2008) – Wired Like a Crackhead Drinking Red Bull

Zombies! Zombies! Zombies! Here’s a thought. If some random guy in a graveyard asks you to wheel his wheelbarrow somewhere while he does something else “real quick,” just say no; because, chances are, that wheelbarrow will contain zombified hands and heads. Or…just say yes! Then you have the next month’s worth of practical jokes all lined up! Sounds good! Where’s the nearest graveyard?

Action Flick Chick Hugs Transformers – with cool trailers (Movie Chicks on Action Flicks #4)

Action Flick Chick | June 21, 2009

Why are these pictures so small?

Why is the Action Flick Chick hugging a car? Answer: Because it’s an Autobat and she needs a favor. You think we’re kidding? Just wait. You’ll see… Plus: Film trailers for Transformers (2007) and Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (2009).

Way to Run, Olivia Munn!

Action Flick Chick | June 20, 2009

Olivia Munn (co-host of Attack of the Show who wears a Wonder Woman costume well) is a hot topic for many reasons, including shooting a Playboy shoot while refusing to get naked. She stuck to her guns about not getting into her birthday suit. I mean, her birthday’s not for another couple of weeks, so it’s only logical to save it for the big occasion.

Freedom Day – Freedom for All

Llama Mama | June 18, 2009

Chicks Gone Green.

Tomorrow is Freedom Day, also called Emancipation Day and best known as Juneteenth, which originally commemorated the abolition of slavery in Texas but has reached across the nation to be recognized by 31 states in the United States of America. By no means should anything detract from the day’s meaning in honoring those who suffered under slavery in the USA and those who fought to overcome it. But maybe it can mean something more. Maybe we can honor them even more strongly by talking about everyone’s freedom.

Zombie Survival Guide for a Small Town

Action Flick Chick | June 15, 2009

If bitten, go down like a champ!

Everyone has at least seen one zombie film, and if you haven’t, I don’t think we can be friends until you do. So get on it! I’m not waiting around! You have to be prepared for when a zombie outbreak occurs in your own small town. The zombies have to be nipped in the bud (or head) before it takes over the whole world and it is up to you to do it. Prepare yourselves! It’s inevitable…

Bad Girls (1994)

Action Flick Chick | June 14, 2009

bad_girls

Boobs! Boobs! Boobs! Do I have your attention now? I think I have noticed a trend in movies- girls can do just about anything as long as they’re workin’ a little bit of cleavage. At least that seems to be the motto for Bad Girls. Four hot girls go around with their cleavage showing and all the men start drooling.
